Here is a list of semi-personal, semi-academic projects that I developed or contributed to its development:
BracketBracket is a cross-platform high-dynamic-range (HDR) photo manager. It supports the most commonly used HDR file formats such as RGBE, OpenEXR, and floating point TIFF (including LogLuv). It also dabbles as a low-dynamic-range (LDR) photo manager by supporting standard JPEG and TIFF image formats. |

RefWizardRefWizard, the winner of CodeForScience Turkey competition, is a visual reference explorer tool. It presents the references of a selected article on an interactive, dynamic graph. In this graph, each reference is represented by a node. Users can interact with RefWizard in several ways. First, they can move the mouse over a node to quickly glean useful information about that article. If desired, users can directly open the full-text article from our application. Secondly, and more importantly, RefWizard can be used to discover relationships between articles. |
