DATE : 8-9 October 2005 PLACE : Istanbul - Turkey Bilgi University, Dolapdere Campus, map TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE Oct, 8 (Saturday) 09:30 - 10:00 : Opening ceremony & pairing 10:00 - 12:30 : 1.Round 12:30 - 13:30 : Lunch break 13:30 - 16:00 : 2.Round 16:30 - 19:00 : 3.Round Oct, 9 (Sunday) 09:30 - 12:00 : 4.Round 12:00 - 13:00 : Lunch break 13:00 - 15:30 : 5.Round 16:00 - 18:30 : 6.Round 18:30 - 19:00 : Prize giving and closing ceremony RULES : 6 rounds, McMahon system 60 minutes main time, 10/5 move/min byo-yomi Japanese rules, 6.5 points komi PARTICIPATION FEE: 25 TL (around 15 EURO) ACCOMODATION : Participants should arrange accomodation by themselves. However, we will be helping you by suggesting appropriate places. Also we will arrange home-staying at local go players' houses in Istanbul. As this will be available for limited number of people, applying earlier is recommended. OTHERS : Expected weather is around 20 C, partly sunny, sometimes rainy. From mid september till mid october is one of the best time to visit Istanbul, the most charming city of Turkey.
