Course Objectives: Focus of this course is on the application of operational mathematics concepts to linear systems

1. To teach the fundamental concepts of discrete and continuous time linear system theory
2. To apply the theory to engineering problems modeled with linear differential and difference equations
3. To teach the operational properties of integral transforms such as Fourier and Laplace
4. To apply operational methods to the solution of linear equations
5. To apply operational methods to the analysis of the systems modeled with linear differential and difference equations
